One thing about the sleep cycle app is that its criteria for % is apparently heavily tied to duration of time in bed. I'm rarely in bed longer than seven hours so my scores are gonna kinda suck. Plus my chart looks like a roller coaster every night so not really sure how else they calculate the number.
