One of the best days of the year and I am hungry so post a picture of one of the best burgers you have had.

Here's mine. Pastrami, 4 smashed Oklahoma style patties and plenty of onion.

I don't have a pic, but I'm currently craving a burger from Port Of Call, NO,La. Broiled to within an inch of their life, top with shredded cheddar, served up with a loaded baked or salad, no other options. Grab yourself a giant Monsoon or Bloody Mary to wash it down. Great way to pre-game Jazzfest or whatever other plans you may have.

It sucks how rare it is to find a good slider(not a mini burger) in USA#1. There are places in the northeast, but we can all agree that the northeast is garbage.

Really wish I would've known this thread was coming as I made a burger with sharp cheddar, bbq sauce, bit of mayo, bacon, sautéed red onions, along with some chopped iceberg the day prior.
