One thing: I'd be annoyed if a previously existing title like Marble Madness won. That game came out in arcades at least a couple if not several years before the NES was released. Same thing with a lot of other titles. NES developers produced a TON of unique games for their console, it would be much better if an original title won.

You left out the biggest reason. Marble Madness is an only ok game with no plot and little replay value. It's fun but not to play for hours like some of these games.

Er...plot is something that pre-rendered cut-scene RPG fanboys are supposed to be concerned with. It does not apply to NES games, and there's nothing wrong with that.

I beat Jaws! I was so [censored] exicted. I "think" I beat Fridat the 13th too. I am pretty sure once you beat it it just starts over and its a little harder. There was something different about it, but I can't remember what. Maybe the monster were different and moved faster?

I bought a USB device from Radioshack that let's me plug in my Playstation 2 controller into my PC. That's how I emulate.

i bought a logitech dual analog control, exact same as a PS2 controller from the source, works with all emulators. it's great.

Emulators are free silly. Downloading the games is technically illegal.
