Are you looking forward to the day you can get back on that horse (hoverboard)? Are you guys letting the daughter ride it or have you determined that they are death traps and returned it?

The little girl was kind of traumatized by watching me fall off of it. So she's afraid of it. Needless to say I plan to get back on it as soon as I'm healed... Apparently the little girl had told me to get off of it so that she could ride it when I fell. So she thought it was her fault that I got hurt. And my fiance told me later that she actually thought she was watching me die because my head hit the ground so hard. So it was pretty traumatic for the 8 year old to see. Nonetheless I want to make the point that just because you fall doesn't mean you don't get back up on it. So yeah I will get back on it when I'm healed. But I we'll look up stuff about how to ride them Etc. And I will make sure the little girl rides it with her elbow and knee pads and helmet on.

I wish they called it something aside from hoverboard. I was thinking Back to the Future 2, instead it turned out to be that contraption I saw JR Smith and possibly Lil Wayne riding.

dale,

Speaking from the one-time experience of riding a hoverboard, you are to NEVER step off the back of it. Always the front.

I did exactly what you did, but didn't **** my **** up as bad. Immediately afterward some dip**** says "lol you can't step off the back of it..."
Wanted to slap their stupid face.

And your gf sounds like a horrible woman.

After being with a BPD for several years (omg I often think about that MichaelScarn thread and wonder what eventually happened), I can't imagine being in another relationship where I have to analyze every single interaction and then deceitfully convince myself that my FLIGHT response is irrational.

You deserve to be happy. You can get laid somewhere else and be much happier. Even being single is better than the constant questioning of everything. Otherwise you need to accept right now that she's not really that good for you and that you're just settling, and you need to be able to put up some sort of mental shield so you don't get your sanity slowly scraped out of you over the years. It's ****ing draining, man.

They’re inferring your fiancé had sex with another man while in France.

Threads like this are why I don't think I'll quit 2+2 anytime soon. For all of the "your fiance was getting plowed" jokes (which you can get anywhere on the internet & IRL), there is some A+ priceless worldly wisdom in this thread...DodgerIrish & Lektor & others just crushing it here

Bad read on my part. I thought they were inferring that is why OP is desperately clinging to her despite all of the red flags. I should pay closer attention.

Nah, Fruit Salad is off.

Its because the sex must be good to deal with the bull****.

Which, like Dale said, I don't think really has a place in this discussion. Nonfactor.

This thread started with a question about what people thought regarding the fiance's decision to go to France without him. Now, the thread has even more awful info about the crappy fiance, with very little positive info to offset the negative stuff...

Dale, someday if you stay with this woman you will read back this thread and your stomach will curdle that you knew she was bad and still continued in the relationship.

I have a good friend who wasted a decade plus with someone like this. Others get trapped for a lifetime. I hope you wake up and make better decisions for your future.

Best of luck, I mean it.

Jesus ****ing christ, it's been one month. It's exactly the same as it was before.

Give it a couple years so the man can tell us about his new successful relationship.
