My wife's work phone doesn't have coverage at our house. It's ATT. Of course, +99% of her work calls are on Teams or Skype, so that doesn't really matter.

We have a land line (bundled with internet) because we're old and stuck in our ways. Makes it a little odd when needing to give a phone # to access an account and we need to go through four of them to find the right one.

Just connect your mobile phone to wifi. Not too difficult.

Of course it's not, and yes her phone is connected. So it's not really an argument for a landline. The problem is when we are just leaving the house and lose wifi, you need to get about 1.5 miles down the road before ATT has service. But, like I said, the reason we have a landline is we are old.

It's pretty crazy to think that we used to answer our personal phones without knowing who was calling.

"The internet has doxxed person Y!"

30 years ago: The government-subsidized monopoly publishes every single person's name and address, prints it in a 40-pound tome, and throws it on everyone's porch.

Agree. Hello was a question, not a statement.

Miscommunication in the FF thread over memes that ruffled feathers unintentionally.

Accurate.

I was being a punk and McLovin sorted me out.

Then we went to Wendy's for the next episode of FF Rounders.

no, go to settings, enable wifi calling, this will route all your cell coverage for calls through your wifi via voip

it's a game changer in rural areas, no cell coverage in my house in maine but can make and receive calls no problem turning on wifi calling in the settings

Say it ain't so, the benwilliams account has been nuked.
