I am adressed as " Herr " = mr in about 20 % of first responses I get in professional context although my first name is absolutely unmistakable a feminine one. The people who do that get immediately a lot of antipathy points from me.

It took you 30 hours to ask me for a screenshot and get my name wrong?

But....maybe autocorrect changed Josie to Joey, tho I’m still pissed at the snail like pace for addressing my issue, so instead I replied:

Attached are some screen shots that show the benefit year changing from 1999 to 100, not 2000 as I anticipated.
