Babs, a good place to start would be to make a list of all the untrue or inaccurate statements from the blog. This way the blog owner will be able to correct said mistakes.

No thats nowhere near what happened. I went to the hospital once but it was to get a shot because I was bitten by a SOI dog that I tried to pet when drunk so Degen took me to the hospital.

We never got into a fight or anything like that. So much of that blog is just blatant BS and lies.

I am currently applying for jobs and sending my resume out places.

Blog creator, please take down that blog. If someone googles my name they will come across it.

The stories that would come from a new babs job will be way better than what we have now. Creator, please consider taking down the blog if babs shows he's looking for a job.

I admit that it is possible that nothing would have changed, but I think virtually anything he did with his time other than engaging here would probably be a better use of his time/energy. Perhaps the website that he is currently obsessing over would never have been created had he left then.

I think that people here are too good at seeing through his bull**** and pushing his buttons and that every cycle of him declaring himself a new man, followed by the inevitable eruption of anger is bad for his mental health. I think his obsessions would lead him to other outlets where he would do similar stuff, but 99% of those places can't cycle him back into angry/depressed mode nearly as effectively as 2+2.

Plus, surely by now everyone here is just going through the motions. It's not even entertaining any more, but we're collectively bored.

If I was in charge of hiring and I googled your name, it wouldn't be some weird blog that doesn't make a lot of sense at first sight that would stop me from hiring you. It would be all the conspiritard truther stupidity youve posted around the net under your own name

That'd be a big step toward there being no need for the site about him.

Babs should be more concerned about potential employers asking about the gaps in his resume where he was unemployed for large lengths of time. That's a red flag for many employers.

When I search his name the blog is the 3rd result, and I'm not sure how much hiring you guys do, but I'm involved in a fair bit and it would be the first thing I look into. 100% I would try and see if this is the same person I'm interviewing.

Nothing else on the first page comes up bad for me. Babs should delete his Quora account, but even most answers there are fine at a quick glance.

When you Google someone's name you are mostly concerned with the first page of results, not buried answers. Babs isn't applying to be an executive, the search is only going to be so thorough. The blog as it stands needs to be detached from his identity.

Unfortunately he would probably tell interviewers he has been handicapping sports professionally for the last year and make a direct connection himself.
