Man, I don't know. I never use that. "P.S." looks most correct to me, but it's probably not that since it's abbreviating a single word.
"PS." looks awful and I don't think I've ever seen it before, so I'm going to say it's correct.
My grammar radar says it should be "P.S." -- but getting the caps right when I'm dictating into my phone while driving is definitely not a priority for me.
On the trial front, I will often make prop bets on getting words on to the record or similar things. In a fairly recent oral argument, I had to use various forms of the word "extraterritorial," including "extraterritoriality." One of my colleagues bet me $100 that I couldn't say it perfectly every time. In thirty minutes, I was seven for eight -- on the eighth, I said "eh-extraterritoriality" with a hitch/repeat in the first syllable.
I'm certain I could sneak in "penetrate" fairly easily. "McDaniel" would be rather more difficult. I'd probably see if I could find some vaguely relevant precedent to cite on an obscure point -- "That's the McDaniel case from my brief, your Honor" or something similar.
