Also not in court. Kavanaugh's confirmation hearing was insanity. He was screaming about how the libs are out to get him. And what's he actually do when seated? He votes along with Roberts with the liberal justices in situations where the conservatives are trying to do something ****ed up. (Edit: by ****ed up i mean voting against liberal issues like gay marriage etc. a reasonable judge can still be on the other side).
