What is max jail for a DUI in CA?

I’m a little concerned that a beast may not do well on probation and that he may have tried to snap the judge off already if he got 20 days on a freaking drunk driving. Could definitely see additional time on a probation violation or two.

I honestly don't understand. It seems like a few individuals, the ones that keep this thread going, really care TOO much about ruining this guy's life. It seems awfully petty, to me. Isn't anyone here religious? "Treat others as you want to be treated" is what Christ said. The Mormon guy seems to be the only one with a heart. The rest, you should really take a look in the mirror at yourselves. I don't think you'd want to be treated this way, if the situation were reversed. Everybody makes mistakes, we're all only human.
