Well let's see. In May 2001 Nima pled no contest to DUI, was fined $100 and $1428, each payable at $50/mo, with 36 mo. of probation to go with that.

He got that probation revoked in 2002 for failure to pay and failure to enter DUI program. Daddy then paid it off and he got probation reinstated.

Looks like his lawyer, Peter A. Duarte, experienced DUI Defense Attorney, is getting him somewhere, since tomorrow morning at 8:30am a 1001.95 motion is being made.

Good thing for him if it gets diverted, since that avoids the up to one year in jail for a second offense, plus IID on his car for a year, plus 18-30mo DUI school, plus up to 5 years probation.

Maybe he thinks the diversion means he doesn't have to worry.

ok I looked him up. 3 yrs probation for a regular dui is some gapage for sure. but it seems he completed that one.
