ty. this past night i got 5.5hrs of sleep making it 3 nights in a row of doing what i thought was improbable. been through so much in the prior months it's practically a miracle that i'm okay today.

There's tons of YouTube videos with "relaxation/soothing" sounds to go to sleep to.

The one I use is ocean waves filmed at night, put that ***** on surround sound and I'm out in 10 minutes

These are great for headphones on a plane. Ocean waves or babbling brook.

Respect to everyone's recommendations but I don't think whale sounds and **** help with this kind of insomnia. The kill or cure magic bullet would probably be to take like a landscaping or roofing job.

Wow, the 49ers (at home) lose in one of the most devastating defeats in recent memory. They score a TD to go up by 1 with 37 seconds left. Green Bay and Godgers, with no time outs left, easily march down the field and nail the game winning field goal with 3 seconds left! Even a die hard 9ers fan couldn't help but admire how Aaron Rodgers just decimated their defense on that last drive!

Shanahan completely blew it. You cant give Rodgers 37 seconds left. You have all 3 timeouts left and youre at all the 11. You gotta consume a bit more clock and it could have easily been done. The play the Niners scored on they should have run the play clock down to 1. Id love for someone to explain to me how its possible that literally the majority of all knowledgable Niner fans would have managed that last minute better than Kyle Shanahan. And thats the God honest truth.
