not sure what happened between 10pm and 3am, might have slept. took an ativan and definitely slept from 4am til now. i want to believe i've turned a corner, walked 6 miles yesterday (2 with a 15lb backpack) and was ready for more until a tornado warning hit us. the tv man said 100,000 people were without power!

I had no idea a change of name could be denied in a court. In the UK I've always thought it would be just a formality, but now I'm going to have to check.

Does Nima have a criminal record or something?

Also was it disclosed in court what he wanted to change it to?
