I never owed admo one cent, ever. The trolls commenting on this stuff literally dont even know what they are talking about.

Also the guy hates me and has it in for me because of a post I made a while ago or something. His mission in life is to ruin mine.

Fubster tried to add a self implemented penalty of thousands of dollars, which was extortion. Thats the only part of it that wasnt paid. He made literally 15 thousand dollars on his dealings with me, I think probably more.

And these sites remain up. Its incredible.

On the website, theres no mention of it being paid back. Also a lot of the stuff on there is libel.

I dont have the money to sue, and the lawyers Ive talked to wont take the case on contingency.

The only thing left to do would be to file a civil suit against Admo, as he lives in the same state as me.

I really dont know what to do about this anymore. The people Im dealing with here are something else. Who would do this to somebody.

It certainly is worth their time if you have money to give them. It costs them money to go to court and libel/slander cases are hard to collect on. Lot of variables.

Basically they would be more than happy to sue Fubster and Admo if I had the money to give them.

Why would anyone want to take down the site when you still owe money and you're doing the same thing to jmakin except he never stole from you? You're asking for forgiveness and not willing to do so yourself...

They won't do it on contingency because you have no case. If you actually manage to get fubster in court you're likely to end up in jail for the crimes you committed against him.

I owe nothing to Fubster. He tried to extort me for thousands additional.

You’re out 15k, right? Let’s say you sued for double that because of emotional stress and lost wages, so you sued for $30,000.

If a decent lawyer charges $250/hour, it would only take 120 hours of work (without cost for filings and other fees) or 3 weeks of work to run up $30,000 in attorneys fees.

So it would make much more sense to take each of them to small claims court for $7,500 each (I believe that’s the max California.) for a total of the $15,000 you lost. You probably could file both cases for under $1000 and recover those cost in a favorable judgement.

Hell you should take this to judge Judy or one of the others like Mathis or Joe Brown to Peoples Court or Hot Bench. These are your best (and only) legal options.

No, you need to pay penalties for all the money he had to spend on recovering the money from you and the fact that you tried to freeroll him with his own money. If he lost 20k to you when you were booking his bets you would have paid him back what you stole with his own money.
