If its not too much to ask, I'm curious as to why you do it, instead of a different job.

When I was out of a contract in 2017, I thought it would pay more than unemployment. After a couple months I realized that I could net more from unemployment.

Then when I got my last job, that I'm now laid off from, my alimony and child support gaped me so hard I did it on the side to try to cover rent.

I don't know tax law, so I don't know how many years you can claim business loss before your little enterprise is declared a hobby.

I expect if there are many more like me, Uber and Lyft are going to find themselves out of drivers before they get self-driving fully online.

Unless there's a lot of drivers who don't take full advantage of deductions.

I love the many times that he strenuously objected to the notion that his family would ever give him a dime. They cough up $10K and now he's just left with "you have no idea what I had to do to get that." I guess we don't know just what kind of emotional distress it caused him to give his dad a sweaty $50 bill on Father's Day last year.

Reminder: next time he pulls the emotional plea, at least a small number of people will STILL line up to try to believe him, on the apparent basis that crippling stupidity is noble.
