I mean paying once the bet is effectively over is what you should do, and what I have done with all my loser NFL bets so far (lol me for thinking the Bills would win more than the Panthers amongst others) but not paying until the season completes is not that lol worthy.

When entering into a wager with Babs you know what you're getting into, EC_ApeLaw accepted this and knew there was noway babs pays before Wild Card weekend but that he would pay because he's a red blooded Persian male.

Now when I bet with regular people I expect to be paid once the bet is over.

Umm, okay. That wasn't actually a defense of what Babs is doing, but perhaps you didn't mean it as one. I agree that a person knows that they're hiring themselves as a contractor to do likely collections work if they bet with him.
