Ec should set up a 'pay by' date before releasing his full info up as a scammer. This kid had his car repoed off of bad bets and he can't afford $100.

Because you have a history of not paying bets/being extraordinarily difficult to collect from, and unlike you, people here for the most part are actual gamblers. For a real gambler, welching on a bet is the most dishonorable thing you could possibly do. This means nothing to you because you've done it before with no real consequences.

I guess follow up responses have pretty much answered your first question. As to the second: he officially lost the bet on Dec 13 when the 49ers lost to the Cleveland Manziels. The first delay was becuase "the season isn't over yet". The season ended on Jan 3. Now, he just doesn't have the money.

However, I was just informed I'd be paid within 2 weeks of today!!!d!dd!
