presumably the husband and wife will not be drawing salary upon selling the joint to babs. so that 85k will go to him.
I guess I dont understand the issues and need them spelled out even further bc it seems to me, if his 8k after expenses figure is true (which it obv isnt but just pretend) then it sure looks like a good deal.
