tyvm my guys. this past night was only 2 hrs of sleep, i made an executive choice to take half of the benzo at 430am (half had only left me sleep deprived prior) and i ended up passing out again at 830am for three hours and i feel perfectly rested right now. still, it was very crucial to again get a small amount of sleep with my basic set of meds. i have to give alobar credit for emphasizing exercise - i've pushed hard every day to force the sleep chemicals to occur. originally i thought i was doomed.

Do you read much? I read myself to sleep every night and even on the rare nights where I don't fall asleep right away I feel like I'm getting good rest just lying quietly and immersing myself in whatever I happen to be reading.

Edit: on a kindle with the bare minimum backlight, lol, not a phone or tablet with the light working against me.

i don't but i should. like, i've had mason's history book on my night stand for months; i've felt too exhausted to read but i have no excuse aorn. i am addicted to reading 2p2 though, and can relate to feeling rested from lying down with my phone.
