It def had good times and I probably come off ****tey. I liken that time like I was a third string QB who got a few starts but was ultimately just a 3rd stringer. On one hand every one wants to be a starter or at least get playing time. On the other hand you’re on the roster and in the league so stfu and enjoy the ride, right?

Honestly I had fun running that office while my time ran out. The annoying/frustrating part was that my earning was cut in half because I went from making writers scale to hourly

I was there a few months ago.

Intelligentsia Coffee was recommended to me, and it was good.

Lou Malnati's didn't disappoint. I brought a pie back to my room and ate it over about half my trip, heh.

Portillo's has a good Italian beef and sausage, but the place close to the Loop gets packed.

Burger bar is pretty good and just a few blocks away. There's an Al's beef within walking distance for Italian beef and Chicago dogs.

Most the best restaurants/ bars are in the neighborhoods away from the touristy areas.
