he made up a fake bookie that took bets from a pro gambler and lost. then babs claimed the bookied died in the santa rosa fires. it was truly amazing.

I thought the total agreed to number was $15,000 paid back of which TDad fronted 10k of with the rest paid to Fubster in $500/mo payments??? The actual scammed amount I thought was $15,000 or greater?

He's paying back what he scammed, plus what fubs lost to him at the beginning when he first booked fubs bets, plus maybe assorted expenses like a finders fee to jmakin for uncovering where sterling was hiding and a PI fubs hired who wasn't as good as jmakin.

I guess for some backstory: I'm a winning sportsbettor and consequently don't get to keep betting accounts for very long before getting limited/banned. I liked Nima because he was funny and came up with lots of hilarious phrases, and was maligned by the most humorless and uninteresting 2+2 posters (you guys), so I tried to work with him so we'd both make money, as he of course has access to bookies.
