standard penalties for invalid picks, burning picks by taking opposite sides, too many picks, too few picks (in addition to -1 unit per missing pick), betting amount other than 1 unit, etc. Basically, anything that requires something to be noted/tracked in addition to your PM total will incur a penalty (with the exception of picking a +800 dog that is adjusted down to +500, no penalty for that).

Disputes/judging: all disputes to be settled by me, unless decision impacts me or if an appeal is made. In which case I'll include renowned fake lawyer Howard and fake capper Saklad (and others as needed) in the decision process.
