I'd be hard pressed to think McDonalds and the like don't have sweetheart deals from all the credit card companies. With that much volume you have to have some leverage there.

Did back-to-back fast food this week:

-Fri fed 4 people at McD off the dollar menu for $13.43
-Sat got 2 cheeseburgers, a grilled cheese & a drink at Five Guys for $17.89

Pretty sure it is ~22 cents now. But yes, lolol card for 33 cent transaction, it is actually worse for them now than it was before for small transactions.

Apparently a California Chick-Fil-A location is in hot water for an incident in which racially insensitive names on two customer receipts:

is this standard in the south? what percentage of people in the south put jelly on a sausage biscuit? how about nationwide?
In North Carolina it's standard to get grape jelly on sausage biscuits.

As I've mentioned before in this thread, grape jelly on a sausage biscuit is actually pretty tasty

Why do you like non-melted cheese on a hot sammich?

Their cheese on any sandwich is hardly ever melted.

Went to redeem one of those free LivingSocial Big Mac/Large Fries coupons tonight in NY and they charged me $2.73. Was $13 to buy the 5 coupons. So basically I'm still paying over $5 per BM/Fries.

Pretty sure it was a glitch though. I'll have my revenge.

Ask McD's to nuke it for 30 sec...

It'll be HOT and melted.

They use some pretty heavy duty microwaves, and you won't even be able to eat it. 10 Seconds would be plenty if you go that route.

There's no way sbarros is the best choice for pizza, there's a reason 95% of sbarros are located in malls and rest stops

Sbarros is not the best choice for pizza in most malls. Most Sbarros in malls are located in a food courts, with tables and such. Therefore there is no reason to restrict yourself to just a slice of pizza. Im choosing sbarros to get some awesome baked ziti (extra cheese ainec) and some garlic rolls with a large cherry coke. If i want pizza/want to walk and eat, the generic mall pizza shop is usually better.

BTW, the sbarros up the escalator outside the taj poker room is the nuts. Hot blond swedish/russian chicks usually working.
