mine showed up this morning, but it was in the promotions tab in my gmail, which i rarely check.

i've gone there for breakfast a couple times in the past few months and it was mediocre. not fresh or very hot. got some coupons in the mail this week and still can't see myself going there for BOGO whoppers or chicken sandwiches

2 for 5 that someone mentioned earlier ITT is decent ( choose from whopper, chicken sandwich, fish sandwich) but the BK by my house is probably the worst BK in America so I stopped going. Last time I went inside I was at the counter for over 5 minutes (no one else in line, they were just making food for a drive thru order I guess?) without anyone saying anything to me. People making food etc. just looked at me and ignored me. Ended up just walking out without ordering. Also the other times before that I went they had me pull up in my car when I went through drive thru to bring food out to my car regardless of what I order, even if its just a whopper and fries

I would challenge your BK vs. the one by my place as worst in America. Order to food time is always 10-15 min no matter what you order or how busy it is. One time I went in there and the dining room was literally covered in trash, like there were wrappers on most of the tables and all over the floor. Food sucks. I've gone on mega tilt before and get to watch others do the same while it takes 10 minutes to get food and everyone's just kind of standing around.

The 2 for 5 deal in Chicago is Whopper, chicken, or brat, but I'm guessing that's a regional thing. The brat is split in half and on the same bun as the chicken, except the brat never lies flat like in the picture, so the bun ends up being like 3 times bigger than the brat. Probably wouldn't get it again.

BK is rivaled only by Arbys for awful store management

The BK by me has always been awesome. Although the prices are WTF these days. It seems like the fast food strategy has turned into "only **** that's on sale/dollar menu is a good deal"

Hash browns are really good. Cheeseburgers are sometimes good, sometimes not. I like the Whopper Jr a lot more than the real Whopper. The new Buffalo chicken strips are pretty good. The big grilled chicken sandwiches are pretty good. The onion rings are usually good.

I've also had ****ty experiences with the service/competence level in multiple BK locations, such that I pretty much refuse to go there now. I'll go to pretty much any other FF joint (on those relatively rare occasions I even eat FF) but refuse to stop at a BK.

This has occasionally caused arguments when they are the closest, or on long drives when the next stop is thirty some miles away.

But yeah BK is one of the worst when it comes to actual service. And I think most people have pretty low standards when it comes to what they expect out of FF workers.
