Every time I see chicken and egg together I want to go vegan. I don't like beans and my favorite nuts other than deez are pistachio, which don't have protein so I never pull the trigger.

Popeyes nuggets were very very good. Extremely juicy and crispy at the same time. Got super lucky when they said there would be a few minutes wait for nuggets….YES please that’s no issue at all

Had to go into the office this morning, decided to treat myself to fast food breakfast. My first thought was my first breakfast crunchwrap in like 15 months, but sadly the bell didn't open until 7 and I needed to be on my way at 6:30. Wendy's it is then.

I grabbed a breakfast baconater, also my first in like 18 months. Still awfully meaty and pretty delicious. 2 layers of bacon wrapped around egg, melted american + their swiss cheese aioli. This cannot be good for me, and my chest feels pretty heavy an hour and a half later. But tasty.

Also grabbed a maple butter biscuit instead of potatoes for my starchy side dish, very buttery, sweet and good.

Lastly I bought a small chocolate frosty-ccino which is literally semi-melted frosty mixed with cold brew coffee. Tasty, but you are really pushing the bounds of decency drinking melted milkshake and calling it coffee. Beat: I was in a rush and forgot to check the offers before checking out: turns out free frosty-ccino with any purchase was the offer. There's $2.50 I lit on fire. Dammit.

Anyway I'm sure breakfast cracked 1300 calories and I feel like I have a rock in my stomach so I can't say I recommended it, but it was all tasty.

I'll nosh on some black bean dip with avocado. I just don't like beans enough for it to be my main protein source.

I was talking to one of my friends who works for my city. Apparently our local chick fil a has put in a proposal to increase their drive thru from 2 to 4 lanes lol.

Got a Gym Membership again, shares a parking lot with Rick, so many BOGO double cheese and FFDC's in my future.

yeah, I don't know if these places get fined for causing traffic issues since the lane in front of the place near me (at least one of the three near me) is basically closed during lunch. I just never consider going there between like 11:30 and 1, but I've noticed a lot of people seem to have a much greater tolerance than me for waiting in a line. I guess they just accept it and listen to the radio/podcast.
