When I was a kid, there was a White Castle in downtown Pittsburgh. I assume long gone.

These are places Pittsburgh doesn't have and as a bonus, my friend just quit being a vegan after 10+ years (lmao) and is ready to go nuts. I've eaten all these in previous trips so I do know what I'm getting into. Especially Del Taco as I love Taco Bell and consider DT the "west coast and better version of The Bell".

In-n-Out is obv a classic and White Castle is pure **** but exotic **** I can't eat on a regular basis so I want it.

Feel free to critique this list or tell me what I'm missing.
I understand the reasoning, but Del Taco topping a to-do list seems funny.

Have you had Raising Cane's?

If you haven't been to Rally's before, get a triple Buford!

Just ate 2 beefy 5 layers, 2 double stacks, one cheesy Gordita and one Doritos locos.

It was $13 of glorious food.

It was a little disappointing to not be able to order the nachos supreme or chicken melt. Those were 2 of my staples.

Ordering through the app has changed my sauce game. I haven’t come close to being shorted ever since I started maxing out at 25 for hot sauce on each order lol.

The home stash is strong right now.

I hear you on saving calories. But idk. Maybe an acquired taste. (Esp considering cost)

forget the bubble water, you should be questioning the subway logo reflection on the counter. is this a food court or something?

Lol.

I find that I can spare a buck or two a day for something I thoroughly enjoy.

True. I'm fine with people spending money however they want. Especially if it's something that brings them a bit of daily joy.

My wife and daughter both buy Starbucks drinks and pretty much ignore my comment that they could get free McCafe drinks on Monday's at McD's.

Yeah, Im not terribly consistent with my views. I don't pay full price for Starbucks, and likely wouldn't buy soda at the movie theater even if I was a millionaire.

Just love grabbing a crisp cool Perrier out of the fridge. Ideally pop in the freezer for 20-30 minutes first.

I ****ing love soda water. GF got me a Soda Stream in July, but unfortunately the company is out of refills due to COVID stuff

Highly recommend. The ability to control your carbonation level is quite the treat!

My recent drunken Saturday nite favorite fill-up is from Del Taco. The magical order is:

* 2 for $5 Del Taco Beef Burritos
* Large Crinklecut Fries

This combo has been so good lately. fwiw I'm not a "We Have the Meats" guy...fun and relaxation can be found outside of "We Have the Meats".

also soda water as an only option is wtf terrible for FF...it should never exist.

YES. I got one last year. Even got some of the cola syrup to relive my childhood a bit. But yeah, always keep a few litres chilling in the fridge, as it seemed silly to buy 2L plastic bottles of the stuff every couple of days.
