The home prices in the Vegas area are mighty tempting.

Wendy's lunch, downright delicious.

I tried the LTO spicy crispy chicken sandwich - basically exactly the same as a spicy mcchicken, mine was executed really well. Hot, juicy, and very pleasantly pleased with the spice level. Had a very nice kick to it. At $1.39 this is strong value and really tasty.

Also had a Dave's Double, with every 3rdish bite dipped in S'awesome sauce. What can I say that hasn't been said before, Dave made a mean burger. A bit spendy at $6.79, but satisfying as hell. It's a bit hard to justify instead of a spicy chicken + 10 nuggets for $5, but I think the burger made for the better meal, particularly when paired with the spicy crispy chicken sandwich.

Just wait, they’ll plummet soon enough. But you might not want to live here when that comes to pass.

Wendy’s has new cheap chicken options? How recent are these?

2 for $5 wendys homestyle chicken sandwich / spicy chicken sandwich / 10 nuggets / 10 spicy nuggets has been a thing for 2~ months iirc

This week I’ve seen a new tv ad for 4 for $4 deal with small spicy chicken sandwich, spicy nuggs, fries, and drink.

Anyone besides jawhoo tried these things? Was there a review or reviews and I didn’t know they existed so I just thought that they were reviewing the standard sandwiches? I mean I recognize this as totally just my problem, but any assistance anyone can provide will be welcomed with an open heart.

I noticed them today when browsing apps lol, I assume they are recently new. Pretty sure every non Jawhoo itt has been describing the big spicy.

If you've had their other 1.XX chicken sandwich that they've had forever it appears to be identical sizewise. Worth a try at 1.39, I'm sure it's a big step down from the big spicy. Might scratch that Spicy McChicken itch, which is never on the Dons menu.

Honestly, if Taco Bell throws away the mexican pizza I'll be out of top shelf fast food options. This lack of security worries me a little bit.

Was there a top ff item ranking thread in the last few years? I'm going to go heavy on the underrated LJS and Arbys items if someone want to start one up.

I had two jalapeno doubles. Both superb, and filling for $2.70. Add in a fat ****ing 49 cent Mt. Dew from Sevvies and they're basically paying us to eat cheeseburgers.

I'm also unaware of new cheap Wendys chickens.

Because I love you guys and girls, I did some research in the Wendy's app. If you take away bun, lettuce and mayo, the big/regular spicy chicken sandwich patty shows 250 cals, and the limited-time spicy crispy chicken shows 170 cals. So you're getting 2/3 the chicken-calories of the regular spicy when you go with the little.

From a standard menu price perspective, it's a laughable no-brainer: $6.39 for the regular spicy vs. $1.39 for the little spicy. With the regular spicy being available 2-for-5 though, it's more of a dealers choice: two regulars or three crispys + 80 cents change for a $5 bill?

I will be trying the 1.39 spicy, I've been meaning to euthanize the big spicy anyway, it's been under performing since Wendy's switched from Yellow to Red Branding.

So, BH, the supreme classy buddy of mine let me know that a Checkers not too far from me that had closed down a long time ago had recently reopened as a Rally’s, so I had to see if it was some massive troll job on me.

Cheese champ, was good, but was nice.

Spicy chicken...covered in mayo, but did have good spice and decent meat content.

The Big Buford. Was divine. A wonderful wonderful burger.

Not pictured was a medium fry that was super hot and fresh. Welcome back Rally’s, you’ve been missed.

Special thanks to BigHurt who I’m forever grateful for.

I miss fast food.

Checkers Mushroom Swiss is fire. Double them up mac style and its a winner.

Drink a lot of water though. The sauce is so rich.
