had chick-fil-a for the first time today. i expected it not to live up to the hype it's received on this forum in the past, and I was wrong. it was amazing. best fast food chicken sandwich i've ever eaten.

The spicy sandwich and spicy nuggets are the **** too. Give those a try next time. Killer breakfast items as well. Their semi-frequent free food promotions make it a huge win on top of the great quality.

When I don't give a **** about healthiness: lettuce, tomato, rice, corn, sour cream, chicken, steak, medium salsa, in a tortilla.

Ya I got a new York one, it was good not great, still good though. About what I expected. I heard the Chicago one is the best.

I haven't been to chipotle since I started getting the ancho chili BBQ burrito at qdoba. Love that BBQ sauce. I usually get it with half rice or no rice, half black beans, tons of lettuce, pulled pork, guac, hot salsa. Not too bad at 800 calories.

YES PLEASE I WOULD LIKE THE BIG BLOB OF STARCH WITHOUT FLAVOR PLEASE? They're just these bombs of rice and beans and ugh. Do not enjoy.

Good if you just want fuel, but in terms of taste Taco > Burrito all day. I don't Chipotle often, but when I do it's 3 steak tacos with soft corn tortilla and corn salsa.

got the wendy's fish yesterday. it's good.. came out super fresh, cripsy and hot. i wanna say it's better than the filet-o-fish as far as straight up quality, and i mean, it probably tastes "better" on paper you know what i mean? but filet-o-fish just has that taste, where you know it's a mcdonald's filet-o-fish. maybe it's the bun or something? mcdonald's buns just have that mcdonald's taste, which brings back childhood memories of eating happy meals and ****.

WTF at Burger King getting rid of (hopefully temporarily) the Buck Double? Went there recently to get my standard two Buck Double, medium fries, medium drink and it was replaced by their new "Stacker."

The single Stacker, which is a cheeseburger with bacon and some sort of Stacker sauce, is $1. Double Stacker is $2, Triple is $3. They have the Double Cheeseburger on the dollar menu, but of course, it's like $1.40 or something. And while lol at watching calories at a fast food place, it is nice to have the Buck Double option which eliminates an unnecessary (yet delicious) slice of cheese.

Memphis seems to have such a demand for any type of decent place to eat - Chipotle just opened today and they had a 40 minute wait. 40 freakin minutes for a burrito? Panera was the same 1.5 years ago when they opned here. Houstons is like a 20-30 minute wait every night.

5 Guys is on the way and prolly will be the same.

Steak burrito bowl. Rice, black beans, (extra) fajitas, lots of sour cream (ask for extra and they will oblige for no extra cost), lots of cheese (again, ask for more and they will oblige), all the salsas. 4 of the soft shells they make tacos in on the side (also free of charge.) The bowl is usually overflowing by this point and costs me the same as a burrito or the skimpy bowls others get and I get way more food.

Heh, I had Wendy's for the first time in months the other day and I thought the new fries were 1000% better than the old ones.

Also went to a Sonic the other day and they didn't have the new hot dogs. wtf. Ended up with a foot long chili cheese coney which was pretty good.

I don't know if they exist outside the Carolinas, but Cook Out has the best fast food shakes ever.

I'm all about this. 1/2 chicken, 1/2 barbacoa, black beans, little rice, corn salsa, hot salsa on the side, sour cream, cheese, lettuce.

If I'm hungry for the carbs, I'll get chips and eat the bowl like nachos. Yum.
