near me, the DC area they have these joints with Pollo in their name
Pollo means chicken but all of these joints are Peruvian chicken
it's marinated for a long time in their special spices and then put into a rotisserie device
the flavor goes all the way thru to all the meat - it doesn't stop at the skin
it's fast - when you order they pull a whole chicken out of the device and cut it into the pieces that you want
this stuff is excellent IMO - 5 star

Edit: Looks like I'll have to go to a Peruvian place and try out their chicken when things turn back to normal.

I decided I had to get my hamburger on. So I went to Carl's with the monster angus thickburger in my lusty heart. I (unnecessarily) added a spicy chicken for a dollar. I ate that first, and it was truly great. GOAT cheap chicken sandwich, currently on sale for a buck.
Now onto the burger. Two 1/3 lb patties. Just ****ing enormous and ridiculous. I was forced to leave two bites behind. There was also a white cheese going on that you cant really see. The menu lists at 1300 calories.
