Also noticed this at 5G yesterday. While the volume was down obv from covid, the entire place was being run by 2 people: a grill/fry guy, and cashier/expeditor. I go to the one(OR USED TO ANYWAY!) at Gillette Stadium and they have outdoor seating that was full and a few 2's/3's indoors, but just think of the pure profit going on there considering the labor.

2 people, hamburger, buns, potatoes, condiments, hot dogs, milkshakes. The profit margin must be off the charts. That being said, they are being too greedy and pricing themselves out.

So, I just went to Popeyes and got the 8.99 5 pc 2 sides 2 biscuits deal on the app. Canceled the biscuits and they charged me less for it, which was cool. However, I’m a little upset as I got 3 breasts a drum and a wing. No thigh! Thighs are my favorite. Last time I went I got a 2pc and got no thigh either. Pretty disappointing, on a 5 piece you should probably get one of everything, and while it wasn’t the worst case scenario, I’m somewhat miffed.

FF prices seem to be up in general, I mean I’ve seen 1.69 for a Ricks cheeseburger that was $1 pre virus.

Wonder how much of it is beef prices, the place I get mine is up from $6 to $9 a pound.

I used one of my Free Combo Meal cards at McRick's tonight.

I was informed I could only get a MEDIUM combo and NOT a LARGE. I was able to order a Double QPC combo though so :shrug:

and it was quite tasty. Fries were somehow perfectly salted and the bag was overflowing with them so it looks like I still got a large-ish amount as well.

I make the variety mistake once or twice a year and then I get back on the horse the right way around.

I don't know if you can add a patty in the app anymore, but possible you could customize into 2 for 9 Double QPCs. You 100% can if speaking to a human.
