Doesn't every popeyes have something like 11pc mixed for 10 bucks all the time? I always see what the window offers are when I drive past a popeyes.

It's $13.99 for 10 piece mixed or tenders right now and that's pretty good. It's not dirt cheap but I definitely wouldn't call it expensive. There are places in L.A. where 8 piece of fried chicken is almost $30!!!! You gotta look at the window and the app before ordering at Popeye's. It can get pricey quick if you're ordering off the menu board but there really isn't any need to between the app and window deals.

A lot of times people at Popeye's will give me chicken pieces for free just for holding the door for them as they exit. At any rate, it never hurts to ask.

Went for a doubleheader Friday night visiting my college town. I missed Checkers after drinking at our usual rugby bar so I put in an order for a deep sea double and large Fries. They were always slow around bar time. So i then headed to Taco Bell for a Double Decker Taco Combo with 2 crunchy tacos and a Diet Baja Blast. Picked up the T Bell then back to the Checkers.

I awoke the next morning to 1/3 of the fish sandwich, half the Baja Blast, and one unopened crunchy taco. I took one more bite of the sandwich and realized that was a very bad idea in my severely dehydrated ( hungover) state before tossing it all in the trash.

Free baconator fries to go with my giant JBC meal. $5.50 well spent.

I get home and open my e-mail and there's free CFA sandwiches from two stores.
Plus the survey last week, means I got three waiting for me. =)

Anyone have a Cheba Hut near them? There are at least two in Vegas and I think they are from Tucson. Toasted subs, and they’re fantastic. Everything is a weed reference, so that’s kinda...whatever you think that is. And the one in Vegas I’ve been to has all kinds of beers both bottled and on tap. Subs are legit AF.

Giant JBC meal is the best value in FF these days. Would've never got chicken nuggets from Wendy's if not for it, and they're tasty. JBC is a better burger than the baconator too imo. The lettuce and tomato complement the sandwich nicely and cut the strong taste of the burger and bacon unlike the veg-free overpowering baconator.

Also thanks to whoever recommended Five Guys cajun fries. I don't like the plain fries from there so usually never order them, but started getting the cajun ones and they're delicious.
