I feel very sad for you that you haven't been to a Waffle House with good service. In my experience, the service at Waffle House is very good and I've actually found myself marveling at how happy the workers there seem to be and how well they multitask.

A double pecan waffle and about 4 coffees... Hash browns scattered smothered, covered, and chunked.. that's my go to order at the Waffle House.

Waffle House >>>>>>>> IHOP or dennys. Service is so bad at those chains I won't go there.

Yes there is a limit to how bad and slow service can be at a restaurant

The cheesy bacon spicy chicken sandwich at BK was a solid sandwich. The spicy chicken patty actually had a little kick to it. Well done, BK

I was out and about in the morning for once so I finally saw a chance to get the RcGriddles version of the triplestack. Get home, and its a *********** muffin. FFFFFUUUUUUUUUU!

However, it was pretty good, and the Dr. Pepper is on an entirely different level. My first thought after initial drink was SKITTLES.

The Northern VA/Washington DC app deal desert strikes again. I went to do the 1 cent whopper gimmick only to find out that the BK isn't participating.

The sucky thing here is that Franchises can opt-out of the app deals, but the app still works at their location. It only works for ordering items at full price. Any app deals/coupons/promos will not allow you to pay.

Thats brutal. Reminds me, when I opened the Ricks app it said i had to update, and upon updating there were, and still are, no deals available.

My wife and I stopped at a Waffle House late one night on our way home from a vacation recently. After we ordered, the Waffle House waitress (yes, the entire term is necessary) told us we would save money by ordering some combo that contained everything we just ordered. Then she went through the maff for our benefit. It was so awesome that we mentally filed it away for future use.

And the ex-con cook (again, the entire term is necessary) prepared our order to perfection. WH hash browns are the world's best, no matter what extras are tossed onto or into them.

Additional complimentary entertainment is also provided by the patrons from midnight til 2am daily year-round and at 4am every weekend during deer season.

I am soooo jealous of someone getting to experience their first Popeyes.

Chick Fil A is trying to build a restaurant in my town. Tonight, they held a community discussion for their building plans. As part of the deal, they had AYCE CFA nuggets (Oh baby!), chocolate chip cookies, lemonade and sweet tea.

I was a bit mystified by the group that showed up/was invited. There was my family and what seemed like 50 senior citizens with an average age of 75. Hmm, where did they pull this mailing list from?

I may have eaten too many nuggets.

Oh, the CFA people also mentioned an interesting statistic: No stand-alone CFA has ever closed.

I had CFA tonight and made a double sandwich w honey Roasted BBQ sauce as is my will, and tried my first frosted coffee. Everything was fantastic. Sumbitches done figured out the chicken.

A cook at the WH appears to be the most stressful and highly multi-tasking job of any in the FF industry. I don't know how those ****ers do it. I know I couldn't take it for extended periods of time. But nearly every one I have seen in the past 20 years has the appearance of an ex con. And if they are, God bless WH for giving them job opportunities.

I went to CFA yesterday with zero rewards in my app and bought one spicy chicken sandwich through the app. Less than 24 hours later I have 3, haha. I got a "just because" chicken sandwich, another chicken sandwich for doing a quick survey that was prompted in the app and then a 4 count chicken minis for "Mobile Monday". Thanks CFA!

I haven't been to CFA for a while but I've gotten an email the last two days offering 1. a small shake of any flavor, and 2. a chicken biscuit. These offers are apparently part of a 12 days of christmas promo, so I'm anticipating another one today. Unfortunately I didn't realize that the offers were only good for one day, so I missed out on both.

I've worked in 4 kitchens in my early 20s. Ex-cons are cooking all of your food, everywhere. And they're goddamn good at their jobs. I've never seen them call out, show up late, or be a terror to work with. They appreciate what they have compared to where they've been and a lot of them have skills that are perfect for a short order cook.

McDs app just updated and there are no deals and they are now dead to me until further notice.

Also just reinstalled CFA app.
