Yep! I read something like 65 books in 4th grade, largely because of this program. 2nd place in my class was like 20 books. And I was, indeed, the fattest nerd. There was maybe 1 or 2 fatter kids, but they weren't nerds.

On a side, lady didn't ring me up right away and had I not been still holding $4 in my hand when she delivered I would have gotten it free. She was like 'thank you very mu......oh gee I didn't even ring you in yet. One of the few examples of me having zero scruples in regards to sceming. Dang it!
Why are you talking to a human at McDonald's to order if you have the app?

I was never fat (sick brag) but absolutely a nerd and read approximately 4 million books as a kid thanks to that Pizza Hut program. Also ate a similar number of breadsticks.

I've always just walked away after filling my drink but today the lady in front of me went back to the home screen after filling her drink and it got me thinking that maybe I've been a dick this whole time for not doing that
It goes back by itself in 5-10 seconds. I always have trouble getting touch screens to work. I seem to have strange electrical properties, which I noticed as far back as high school electronics class. Probably why I can't work a smart phone either. Anyway, those machines have returned to the home page while I have tried to select my choice, many times.

Tell her it's for science, to post on 2p2. She'll understand.

Schools don't have libraries any more? That's where I got all my books.

Buying McDonalds or any restaurant food with a credit card w/ a cashback bonus is the only way to go through life.

Actually, it's worth it for just not having to deal with loose change.

Pizza Hut cheese bread sticks are my favorite chain pizza item. The Pizza Hut basketballs always had tumor bulges in my region.

I just cashed out 3 years worth of cashback for $900 and bought myself a new rifle!

I'd pay extra to avoid it.

In other news, I saw a Mickey's in Vegas that was advertising a new super burger that used the QPC fresh beef. Its seems to be regional because it's not down here.

And Burger King now has this monster:

This may be the golden age of fast food burgers.

KFC used to cut their 2 breasts into 3 pieces, 2 side breasts and a center breast. Up into the 90s.

I chanced upon a Carls, so I got a 1/2 lb El D Thickburger. Serious business, caused my forehead to sweat! The fries were also the best I've had in awhile

credit cards cost merchants and benefit the consumer. it's rakeback/freeroll. not using one for everything is a giant life leak.

Ah! Is that what a center breast is? About 2 years ago at the ghetto chicken spot where you would go after the bars closed, there was an influx of everyone asking (well, more like threateningly demanding) for center breast pieces.

I asked someone and they told me it was the bigger, juicier, and tastier breast piece. I stopped hearing people ask for it pretty quickly, but I wonder who spread the info and until this day did not believe it even existed.
