Fair point, although I'd point out that the fact that the JBC is $1.99 is kinda overpriced. I think that we've all just gotten used to Wendy's being overpriced, so when they come up with something that in reality is fairly priced, it feels like we're getting a good deal.

the US Bureau of Labor Statistics inflation calculator (http://www.bls.gov/data/inflation_calculator.htm) doesn't yet offer 2016 as an option, but here's the stats for converting 2000 to 2015.

I think sonic has some sort of deal on "wings" on Mondays. I have never been to a sonic and I keep forgetting about said deal on Mondays...I think the deal is buy one get one free

I never really "got" the Big Mac. Doesn't it have the same patties they use on regular cheeseburgers? It seems quite gimmicky to me with the middle bun and they do seem pricey for what you get.

And yet it's remarkably good as a unit. So much better than the Big King and other knockoffs imo.

Around here anyway it's now part of a 'permanent' pick 2 for $5 menu, and you can frequently get a BOGO coupon and get 2 even cheaper.
