volcano quesarito is pretty damn good. id probably buy the box if they brought back the volcano taco or volcano nachos to go with the quesarito

Steak n Shake is in a lot of midwest cities I think and is worth the try if you haven't been before. Pretty tasty burger w/ fries for $4, and the shakes are very good (in the two times I've been anyway).

Popped the shake shack cherry tonight. Smokeshack with cheese fries and apple streusel shake. Pretty good but definitely overpriced at $18.

Optimum order?

I think I'm destined to meet my wife at a taco bell. And I'll know she's my wife because she'll order a volcano quesarrito and suck out all the volcano sauce without losing eye contact.

I saw an airport location for Kraze burgers today. I was tempted but didn't pull the trigger. I ended up going to the other food court for Chipotle breakfast due to it's scarcity. It turns out Chipotle breakfast wasn't being offered at that time and the line was huge so I didn't feel like negotiating. There was an Arby's next door. I peeped the menu because of the recent Arby's talk but I'm not paying airport prices for Arby's.

I just went home and got my standard 5 guys order. Cheeseburger with extra cheese with nothing else and a cheesedog. No fries. No drink. 12 bucks for a burger and a hot dog. Certainly terrible value but I have to splurge at times.

Has anyone been to Kraze burgers? The menu looked solid but the airport prices combined with the uncertainty made me pass. I know chipotle breakfast sucks but I really want them to be good, so I tried to give it a third try. No luck.

Edit...a quick google search tells me Kraze burgers has some management issues.

Edit 2...the 5 guys burger and cheesedog were exactly what I expected and hit the spot. Both great.

Dunno if this was posted about earlier itt, but a Taco Bell employee in Cedar Rapids, Iowa had an active meth lab going on in the restaurant and was arrested when a suspicious persons report was called in at the wee hours of the morning and police found meth making materials in the restaurant. I grew up in Iowa City, about a 25 minute drive from Cedar Rapids and am honestly not surprised by this news report.

Had Steak and Shake for the first time in many years. Portobello Swiss burger was great. Chili cheese fries had beans which is a mistake IMO, butterfinger/pb cup shake was also great.

Sonics here are having a bogo special on their new wings every Monday night. Not sure if it's national. Regular price is 6 for $4.50.
