The surveys are a 1 in 6 chance.

The free receipt days are where on a certain day (often the first Friday of the month), after you order a drive-thru order, you can use that receipt again for that exact same meal for free at another time during the month. This deal is usually offered over facebook and is restaurant specific.

The McDonald's nearest me did a lunch promo for drive thru only last month. Between 12-1, they will pay for four random orders. I only was there a couple times and got no love.

Yeah buffet was good too. I have no idea what happened to them. I googled it appears they attempted to go upscale and they lost a lot of business because of it. Turns out it's based in Springfield, Ohio, about 100 miles from me(Cincinnati)and they do have a handful in the Central Ohio area. If I happen to be over that way, I may check it out.

Never heard of Rax. But judging by their current locations it can't be very good.

Never have heard of those. Either I got my head in the sand or I live near less generous *****-***-*s.

Yeah I remember Rax. Didn't they put onions on the roast beef sandwiches?

I read this and the first thing that pops in my head is potato pancakes with sour cream and apple sauce.

I vote that is better.

Remarkably consistent across like dozens of locations. Just a horribly managed brand, you'd think there would at least be random franchisees who care.
20 years ago this is what they did. Used to go their regularly and it was always decent quality.

The mall food court where I grew up in Pittsburgh. Also every now and then in the cafeteria at a place I worked two companies ago.

Yeah, and we have had this argument before.

Thought that we all agreed that going into fast restratunts was for juvenile delinquents and derelicts.

As a functioning member of society, the only time I could see myself going into one was if I was on a long road trip, there was three feet of snow outside and I really wanted to get out/stretch my legs and go in somewhere for a meal (and no other real restaurant was available for miles, like highway 5 for example). Otherwise, it is the drive through 100%.

For the people that go into fast food restaurants when you are close to home, all I have to say is LOL. Very freakish/weird dude behavior.

Yep, 100% accurate. Don't understand why you would ever go inside unless there was no drive thru or some weird situation where the line of cars was super long but you could see there's no wait inside. Even then that's not a great option.

You'd rather eat in your car than go inside?

I'm 50/50...I like my FF as fresh as possible and don't like to eat in my car (salt/crumbs everywhere) so I end up going inside if the place is half way decent/clean.

I'm way too lazy and disheveled to get out of my car in non-emergency situations.

Absolutely. My car is clean, and I can listen to podcasts and music. The inside of a FF restaurant is usually dirty, filled with disgusting animals gorging themselves, delinquents, and screaming children. Obviously some exceptions if you have an outlier FF place that's reasonable inside, but in general, never go inside is the way to go.

Unless your just hitting the place during a known busy time, drive thru is an easy decision. Thumbs down on eating in the car. Just wait till you get home.
