At it's simplest it is chili with fritos mixed in, although there are people who make a much bigger deal out of it than that.

my friend just went to florida yesterday, hes asking for fast food recommendtions, he just told me he had pizza hut last night and said it was amazing and I know this thread says pizza hutis terrible!

Very sad! You can get them in lots of grocery stores and stuff here. I'm surprised they are not in bodegas all over the place there in the little ice cream bars cooler.

I see choco tacos at pretty much every convenience store and grocery store. I didn't even know taco bell sold them at one time. Learn something new everyday.

Yeah you can find Choco-Tacos in NYC. Random bodega with ice cream cooler is a decent spot to find them. Also in random places that have no business having an ice cream cooler, like a Home Depot or Toys R Us, frequently have a Choco Taco inside.
