Middle Eastern food has become fast food - appearing in lots of malls
the strong point is the taste coming from their unique spices
this is a Chicken Kabob platter - costs about $13 - a little high for fast food
I can get 2 meals out of it

That's some solid sandwich inspo. Managed to put this together at 1am. Skipped the maters. Dish has oil/red wine vinegar/pepper
Can't get the good deli cuts at 1am at winco, but its a solid effort. I've only recently realized how much simple shredded iceburg lettuce can elevate a sandwich

lamb gyro is another great one offered at the mall Mid Eastern joints
about $9 - won't say it's enough for 2 meals - but I can't eat a whole one
I get a meal and a snack out of it
