Love the Colonel outfit.

I was driving around hungry and somewhat tilted and ended up at Chick Fil A for first time in a good while.

I got a spicy deluxe combo and additional spicy deluxe. Polynesian sauce and FFDP. It was all good, but as usual I can't quite label it craveable.

Wife wanted fried chicken, but won't do the Colonel or the sailor. Sailor? Was Popeye's named after Popeye the Sailor? Anyway, she don't do the FF FC, so we're getting gastro-pub delivery FC and a crabcake BLT for me. If it's worthy, I'll post in the sandwich thread.

I wouldn't be a fan of the egg or cheese, but swap out the English muffin for a King's Hawaiian roll (which I have with T-day anyway) and I'm on board. With mashed taters instead of fries or hashed browns.

The item they’re bringing in to replace it has the crappy grilled chicken chunks and is more of a burrito. I will be surprised if it’s priced lower than 1.49

The combo of that grilled tortilla, shredded chicken, and chipotle sauce just hit different.

New wendys chicken sandwich. Free with any purchase. Should have lettuce but wild fire shortage. Mediocre, breading was soggy, about what you’d expect out of a Wendy’s chicken sandwich. Double pub burger absolutely slapped.
