When I was a kid we used to ride our motorcycles to the rear of a large bakery and get a dozen or two doughnuts as they were coming off the line. Then we'd get a Pepsi (no Coke--*******s!) out of the machine on the loading dock and sit on the edge of the dock and demolish the entire box (or two). Best doughnuts ever!

Hot KK doughnuts are a distant second, but still good--less glaze and they'd be quite a bit better.

About once a month they would bring in a donut machine to the food hall at my college. You wait in anticipation as the conveyor pulls them out of the hot oil, and the time it takes for them to get to the end and drop into the bin was just enough to solidify and not burn you when you picked it up. I doubt a donut ever spent more than 5 seconds in the bin because there was always a line of students waiting to snatch them up.

I just had two Biggie bags. Good stuff.

Distressingly, the 444s are down to 3 items, not including the doublestack! Also the particular Wendy's I went to had all the Dave's burgers as unavailable. Not sure why, the rest of the signature burgers were available.

I noticed this too a few days ago. There was a line taped over it on the menu today.

Yes, it would. Manageable assuming we dont lose the Biggie Bags. Today's were just my 2nd and 3rd. Its great, obv, but I really like the doublestack for what it is, so I pinch a Buck'o Eight there.
