Not exactly fast food, but Stations Casinos' Grand Cafe has an excellent cheeseburger. 5.99 for two quarter pound beefs and fries. Also, I can't name a better fast food fry.

$3 for soft drink though. Paying for sodas at casinos has always pissed me off.

DRIVE THRUS FOR SANDWICH SHOPS CAN BITE MY ASS.

There's too many toppings, too many options, and too many times you got some chode asking, "uhhhhh, what you got?" at every part of the encounter from asking what size, to bread, to cheese, to meat, to veggies, to "do you want that toasted" TO CHIPS, TO DRINKS, TO COOKIES.

Never will I ever go through a drive thru at a sandwich place.

I went by for lunch today to try it and the drive thru was backed up around the restaurant. It took long enough to get my food a few weeks ago when I was the only car there so I left. I can only imagine how long these people were waiting.

I like a good chicken sandwich as much as the next guy but I don't get the hysteria around this or the lines around the block when a new CFA opens.

Yeah, I would hate to be the manager dealing with everyone in the drive thru line freaking out when they find out there’s no chicken sandwiches.

Being honest I’d hate to be the manager at Popeyes anytime except for the end of the night when I’m leaving with bags of chicken.

I wonder how much this cuts into CFA’s regular business.

Had the Popeyes Spicy sandwich tonight. Line was wrapped around the building at 9pm. It took about 15 minutes to get my order. The sandwich is worthy of the hype. Mine was hot, juicy, and the breading is perfect. I also ordered onion rings and I don’t recall ever seeing them on the menu. They were also delicious.

Yeah, this. The sandwich is fine but I really like just going there for the regular chicken. That's pretty much not an option right now with the sammich hype at full throttle.

Man, that is crazy about the Popeye's sandwich madness.

I think they nixed the Po Boy years ago, that was a personal fav.

Pretty simple, two chicken strips, lettuce, pickles, cheese, and that good ol mayo.

When the craze dies down over this I might have to scope it out and see how it compares to tha Po Boy

We have a chicken battle royale going on in my town. Cane's is opening up across the street from CFA. That gives us CFA, Slim's, Popeye's and Cane's all within about 1500 feet of each other. What a time to be alive.
