$1 QPC was still in play tonight. That thing was so good it triggered my hunger. The extra sausage biscuit was delicious but did nothing to put dent into my stomach. Wendy's talks a good game but Ricks is bashing them in the head with quality lately.

Yeah I went to TB after this post too and got the Nacho Fries box but I should get this next time. Meal was great, haven’t had the Bell in months and I missed it. Didn’t buy enough food for both me and the wifey though, apparently breast-feeding mamas need an extra helping of that deliciously artificial ground beef.

When I lived near a Sonic, and NEEDED my cherry limeade fix, the grilled cheese sandwich was the only play. Haven't had one in six years so they may have gone downhill, but the Texas toast was soaked in butter and the 'cheese' was so damn melty.

Had a pretty bad meal at Wendy's yesterday. Needed a small meal, so grabbed 2 JBC's and a Frosty. Frosty still excellent, but my JBC's were tiny and only just warm. Pretty disappointing effort.

Note to anyone who uses the Mcd's app. The $1 for any sandwich deal works towards breakfast sandwiches as well.

Simple. Move the two patties to the same part of bun. Now replace empty part with two patties from a McDouble. Then enjoy.

sweet - ya the nachos are a healthy portion for $5. I went regular pepsi didn't realize I could get cherry Pepsi, will keep that in mind for next time (which hopefully won't be too soon lol)

I’m of the opinion that you really don’t want a lot of ketchup/mustard on your mac, so subbing Mac sauce is the move, however, if you’re not using the McDouble bun, then you won’t really be getting much of those flavors anyway. Let us know how it goes. Your life will never be the same.

Waiting at a stop sign for traffic to clear this morning I observed a dollar bill being pushed across the street in my direction by the wind. I took that as a sign -- scooped it up, found a $1 breakfast sandwich offer in the app and three minutes later the McDonalds down the way was serving up a hot and tasty Egg McMuffin.

Thank you fate, sometimes you are delicious.

OK, so I saw the opportunity to get in line at Super Deluxe today and took it. It's only been open for a week or two and is always packed, but there were only 4 cars there so I jumped in. The total wait from pull-in to leaving with food was probably 7-8 minutes. They have a very simple menu and I ordered a double cheeseburger no tomato, and added bacon for 50 cents. I'm not one of those bacon fanatics but if you don't add real bacon to anything for 50 cents you are making mistakes.

I'll take pictures at a future visit for a better review, but a quick one is that this is by far the best FF burger in town, probably a contender for best FF burger anywhere. The hamburger was perfect, I can't think of anything wrong with it. It tasted like a combination of the best burger you've ever had from one of those greasy spoons that sells a lot of soft-serve ice cream and the best one you've had at a place like Red Robin. Maybe if you got it with tomato there could be something wrong with it, I've got nothing: 10/10. Fries were great but nothing life changing, still better than any other FF fries here: 8.5/10

I replaced the middle bread with a plain mcdouble.

Used to LUV those things, and for some crazy reason, my favorite part was the single pickle that was attached to the outside with a toothpick.

Uber eats only charged $1.50 delivery fee on McDonald's so I went for it. 2 double cheeseburgers and 20pc nuggets. All in cost $11 including delivery I can't complain. Hot mustard sauce is the goat!
