Since we're on the topic - wtf is with doused Chicago Italian beef sandwiches? Hey let's get this (presumably) great bread and beef and giardiniera and dunk it in this liquid and sog it up making it inedible. **** you Chicago for ruining my experience.

Hot dog great though. And fries were some of the best I've ever had. Thank you Al's for 2/3.

Walmart has really great prices on Marconi Mild/Hot Giardiniera and other brands plus free shipping if you are stuck in a medigan part of the country.

I honestly am not even sure what hot italian beef would look like, safe to say I haven't had such a sandwich. But seems as though I should

I thought the Domino insurance commercial was a joke. Is this actually a thing? Do they charge for the insurance? People been dropping their pizzas on the way home?

Punk,

So weird.

Domino's Carryout Insurance program is only available to carryout customers who return their damaged order, uneaten, in its original packaging (inclusive of an order label or receipt) to the store from which it was originally purchased within at least two hours of the time of purchase. Damaged orders will be replaced with identical products and no substitutions will be permitted. This is a limited time offer and store participation may vary.

I’m guessing it’s not something there’s any actual consumer or business need for, but just a gimmick to support their carryout advertising campaign.

Man the gravy is the best part! It is a messy sandwich though.

It's basically a better version of a French dip, but instead of dipping before each bite they pour the au jus over the whole sandwich

And by that he means they grab the sandwich with some tongs and dunk it into a pot of delicious gravy/jus.

Lol’d at grando’s complaint. Sure you can get it dry but just don’t. It’s a mess but a delicious one.

when i worked at a pizza place as a young man we would replace pizzas customers dropped, its just good customer service. It wasnt advertised, i probably saw it happen once a year most people can manage to carry a pizza home without incident

It sounds fantastic.

I love French dips but absolutely never seek them out for some reason. Any Seattle folk know of a particularly good one?

Alpino is way better imo, very crunchy and salty, which is how I like it. I buy it by the 6 pack and get it shipped to me since I can't find it in Vegas.

https://www.amazon.com/Alpino-Pepper.../dp/B00S94KCWU

I believe Walmart has it as well.

I don't recall ever seeing it on the menu in Seattle. Quick yelp search had Tat's as the #2 option... and Tat's I don't believe has the Italian Beef on the menu. So I'm not hopeful.

For your next Vegas Trip though take an uber and check out Windy City Beefs n Dogs. Really awesome italian beefs & chicago style hot dogs. One of my favorite locals places in LV.

Edit: Just checked and Delfino's in u-village has Italian Beef on the menu, can't speak to quality though. I like their deep dish pizza well enough.

Had two beauties off the broiler. So good.

The following is a pic of a hamburger I had last night at a cardroom. 1/3 lb beef, ham, bacon, fried egg.

Whenever I eat at such a place for the first time I elect for the naughtiest burger available.

Had to +1 this. Bob Evans biscuits with that sausage gravy with huge chunks of sausage throughout is the best I've ever had.

Damn i really want those supreme fries from TB. They seem like a much cheaper and probably tastier version of carne asada fries from Robertos. CANT WAIT!

-Bart Scott-

Honorable mention to Del Taco's Deluxe chili cheddar fries

I had the 5pc buffalo tenders at Arbys. They didnt ask about a sauce so i was expecting either ranch or a bleu cheese, instead I had a couple packets of Bronco Berry in the bag. Curious, thought I, but it went quite well with the tenders which were quite swell themselves.

I grew up in Michigan about 2 hours out of Detroit and have never heard of "Detroit style" pizza. I have started hearing about it recently and am ringing it up as some hipster non sense.
