I got one for lunch today and couldn't help but think how incredible it would be if you could get CFA fries and nuggets instead of Wendy's inferior versions. Giant JBC, CFA fries and nuggets, lemonade from either place (Wendy's has excellent real lemonade, well worth the 30 cent upcharge imo).

Heck, even McDonalds would be an upgrade in those two categories.

CFA's breakfast menu is kind of crap, no real value options. That being said, I rolled through the other day and got the chicken biscuit combo, and they said, "We're running a promo where if you buy the combo, the hash browns and drink are on us, so that'll just be $2.XX."

In the past couple months they've also randomly offered free chicken minis. I've never seen any advertising about this so no idea what they're up to.

Free Fries Friday suckered me into McD yet again.

Got a mcdouble, added mayo. Did not taste like cardboard this time.

However, mcd fries have been engineered to turn inedible 6 or so minutes out of the frier. No thanks uber!

On the plus side, they paper sleeve thet use for fries now appears to hold more. Too bad they go cold so soon.

Tried an A&W Buddy Burger. Ugh. Who the hell is it itt that says how good they are? Buddy Burgers are definitely lame-ass imo.

After now having tried the lame-ass Buddy Burger and 'aight Teen Burger, from now on I am gonna stick with my go-to Uncle Burger.

in other matters, I went to McD's tonight...no issues with my order but the receipt I got said: "Rate us Highly Satisfied and receive One Free Item with the purchase of any item of EQUAL or Greater Value".

doesn't this defeat the process of surveys...or should I shamelessly cash in w/out any concern?

Got my standard 4-piece mixed dinner at Popeye's yesterday, excellent as always although the window girl could have been friendlier.

Got a Culver's coupon sheet in the mail, first one in months. Our long national nightmare is over. I'll use the bogo double deluxe one today or tomorrow, no fries or drink needed.

LJS plus some KFC chicken is pretty elite.

Toss in either a Cheesy Bean & Rice or some Pizza Hit breadsticks and you've hit the Yum triumvirate achievement.
