Has anybody every tried Larkburger? I wanted 5G yesterday, but wasn't near so, so I went to Noodles and there was a larkburger right next to it. Was curious if it was good.

been to larkburger a few times. the burgers have always been really good but the fries were overrated. they have Parmesan and truffle oil on them, and the people who i went there with swear by them so maybe they just aren't my thing.

not sure about value, iirc it's pretty expensive. def worth a try if you don't care about that so much.

Also rawrs, champa st burger works at bel mar has dollar any bottled beer on Wednesday nights. Food there is good enough to take advantage of the cheap beers.

I got cheese steak from penn station and thought it was pretty average. I remember getting something good from there but not that our the Reuben apparently.

The burgers looked about on par with fast casual places irrc. Like $6 or so. Fries are like $2 and the truffle fries are $3 so yeah lol at that. Large shake also is $5. lolz

Yeah, the burgers at Larkburger are pretty decent. The fries are meh, it's a place that I would eat at if convenient but wouldn't go out of the way to eat at.

I ate at Champa St once and I didn't like it all, would not eat again.

I Doubled Down!

Driving between meetings outside SF today, I needed to grab a quick late lunch somewhere. Right at that moment I noticed a KFC across the street! How could I pass that up?

Pulled into the drive-through and ordered "let me check if I have it" OH NOOOOOOO!!!! but luckily they still had some and were able to hook me up!





The patties were thinner and not quite as juicy as I expected them to be. But surprisingly (and pleasantly) not overly greasy, and except for looking sort of gross with the cheese and sauce in the middle, this sandwich was pretty good. Only real problem was that it was just super salty. But that's to be expected. $6 for the sandwich.

JITB blazing chicken was okay...nothing to jump through hoops for but it has about the most kick u can get from FF chicken sandwich.
