I know there were different versions floating around when the app was first released. Select the netflix app and go to options (green triangle) > information. Mine says version 2.00 and when I re-download it is the same version.

I've noticed that it was recommended for me before and read the description and never really felt compelled to give it a shot. Then I noticed the fine print under the title on the box cover "In 2041, one son will be president", and it seemed more interesting to me.

Anyways, I ended up watching all 22 episodes straight. I think its safe to say I liked it.
Jack and Bobby was amazing. I just wish they hadn't told who was going to be president so early. I do love me some Courtney though.

Ya, I thought it was going to be more of a guessing game as it was for most of the first episode which was kinda fun.

But loved the show, especially the "documentary" parts.

Looked around on netflix's site some but couldn't find this info. For the new streaming only plan that still includes only the watch instantly movies available to me know on my 1Disc plan correct? It doesn't include all the movies they have right? This is the assumption I'm under and just wanted to see what the deal was there.

wait are you saying there's movies on netflix watch instantly that you can't access on the 1-disc plan? like what?

DDD,

Netflix doesn't make all movies available to stream online via watch instantly. Most of the newest releases you have to get on DVD. I assume that the watch instantly library is the same regardless of what plan you're on.

Ya, all instant watch plans in the US have the same content.

I watched "the wild and wonderful whites of west virginia" yesterday. That's a real trainwreck of a family there.

This is not true, there's a few crappy instant watch plans that are missing Starz content.

Well there is the 4.99 1 disc a month plan that includes 2 hours of streaming a month, and only from a pc/mac (no ps3, roku, etc.). You are right this one doesn't have starz. All other plans are unlimited with the same content.

+1

Despite almost coming off as an after school special at times, this is actually really good.

highly highly recommend anyone that hasn't seen it to watch it. Before you do though, seriously prepare yourself to experience extreme anger, frustration, and sadness even if you're like me and usually never emotionally react to films

I am extremely impressed with the PS3 streaming version of the netflix site. Back in the Spring I asked for a streaming only version of netflix and now we have it and it's amazing. How do they stream high quality video to my tv via a wireless connection with only 10 seconds for buffering? And $8 a month is such a great value.

I keep hearing this from people who have seen it and am left with the conclusion that I wish not to voluntarily subject myself to these emotions and as such have no plans to watch this.

It's like being married; people are like "you don't know what you're missing!" lol, yeah I do, that's why I'm not doing it. Well, one of the reasons anyway.

Astonishing. I knew nothing of the (true) story going in. Hard to believe what humans are capable of. Streams in HD.

If it makes you want to watch it, although you go through those emotions, it will make you love all of your family a lot more than you do now. If there is one video that can make people appreciate their friends and family this is it.

watched the first 4 eps of jack and bobby on a long bus ride - it's pretty good sometimes but really annoying other times, not sure if I'm gonna keep watching or not

Gripe: Went to rewatch Sympathy for Mr. Vengeance, no subtitles. Ok whatever, Netflix has been pretty great besides this. Lets try Oldboy. It was dubbed. NOOOOOO
