So I watched Wolf of Wall Street for the 2nd time. The first time I hated it, thought it was awful. I have to say the second time I was laughing throughout the movie. It's unfortunate it's a 3 hour movie because I think it's one of those movies the more you watch the better it gets. Jonah Hill kills it.

This is exactly what happened to me. Like night and day for some reason.

Watched Blue is the Warmest Colour the other day. Sex is possibly a bit gratuitous at point but otherwise excellent film.

There is no such thing as gratuitous sex, in this case its more like a gratuity from the filmmaker, you know , a tip for watching this horrible movie.

wolf of wall st was so funny. you just have to treat it like the hilarious comedy it is.

don't take it all serious.

some of my favortite scenes:

anything mad max, jonah hill with the cousin ******, jerking off, "you got my money taped to your tits."

loved that scene with Jon Bernthal, "she's got a brother, sister, dad, mom. they're all Swiss nitwits like her, they'll do it."

buncha stiffs if you don't find that movie funny.

and whoever was ****ting on the interview in here can blow me. watched it, had very low expectations and laughed a lot. completely reasonable comedy.

Glengarry Glenn Ross is a ridiculously good movie about the dynamics of a high pressure real estate office. Sick cast, Pacino, Lemmon, Spacey, Arkin and Ed harris, all give superb performances, especially pacino and lemmon.

it's not the type of music you can put on background, i'd recommend being attentive. it's an acting master class all around imo so anyone who appreciates good acting and involved plots will dig it.
