I watched the Losing Iraq Frontline last night. Nice timeline of all the f ups from the invasion through to last summer. Obviously they spent a lot more time and focus on the Bush years when the war was raging, but it didn't exactly embrace the Obama Iraq policy, if you can call pretending like something doesn't exist a policy.

American Restoration added! One of my favs, as it's what I used to do for a living (tig welding, teflon/spray painting, sandblasting, polishing, repairing/restoring, etc).

Also; American Pickers, Counting Cars, Top Shot and the rest of History channel's lot.

It only gets better. I would give the first season a 7 or 8; season 2 and 3 are at least 8's or 9's imo.

This is about right. I watched them each week when they aired and if I recall correctly, each season after #1 progressively got worse. And I remember the last season was pretty terrible.

S2 was ok, but a different kind of show...I liked the new main govt guy in it

I stopped watching midway through s3...just couldn't do it anymore

S2 was indeed ok. It's a season you can say you kinda liked without having to justify it too much, whereas S1 was just really great.

Pan's Labyrinth and Tinker Tailor are two of my absolute favorite movies. They are both 10/10 for me.

I liked it, but not as much as the general consensus / the critics. Maybe I went into it with too high expectations. I mean, I liked the pacing and the acting, but in the end there wasn't enough intriguing stuff in there or emotional impact or plot twists or anything that got me riled up.
