Its actually done great for me, and I tend to follow it (mostly) probably for the rest of my life. Ive lost 15 pounds in 3 weeks, my cholesterol and blood pressure have gone from very bad to normal in the space of two months. (3 weeks, but I hadnt had my blood checked in two months) I have more energy without having to resort to caffeine, and my attitude has changed from one that included large bits of random depression to none at all.
The only thing Im saying is that the movie essentially says that a whole food diet has the ability to will CURE cancer and heart diseases, essentially saying that both have 0 genetic ties, which, as I said, seems to have little to no research backing it up. Maybe it is true, but until there is some additional material available backing up the findings, its not really something Ill put a whole lot of faith in. The diet works well for certain people, and can help certain people in their lives, but I highly doubt everyone would thrive on it.
