Half way through the series and it’s pretty great.

And this new approach to true-crime Netflix has been doing with 3 or 4 eps and done is their best decision in awhile!

At some point I paused the movie and saw there was still more than an hour left and stopped.



+1 to the Pharmacist. It's worth a watch for sure.

I was forced to watch Horse Girl with my girlfriend tonight. Just to make sure I’m not going crazy, can I get confirmation that it’s one of the worst movies I’ve ever seen? (Not even a naked Alison Brie could save this imo)

1) alison brie does a great job with accurately portraying paranoid schizophrenia

Still chewing on The Irishman, I decided to revisit Donnie Brasco. It's supposed to be on Showtime, but apparently not Showtime Showtime but the Amazon Prime Showtime Channel whatever the **** that is. After futzing about for 20 minutes trying to figure out the difference between the two, and which one I actually have access to, I decided to search for it on youtube on a whim. I figured I don't need the best quality, as I mostly just wanted it on in the background.

Turns out some blessed soul uploaded the entire, uncensored film into a nicely formatted playlist with no bullshit and surprisingly few ads. Quality was solid enough that instead of it being on in the background, I pretty much sat here and watched the whole thing. The whole playlist had like 50 views. The internet is awesome.

Donnie Brasco is great, underrated film, surprised it came out in '98 for some reason.

New season of Better Call Saul (aka cinnabon manager simulator, I jest, poorly) is putting other potential watchable shows in the background for me.

Why is that? It's almost 2 weeks away and only 1 episode per week.

Watched American Factory which won for best documentary last night.

Was never really engaged.

Take away was American workers are fat and lazy and stupid and full of expectations not commensurate with any of their actions.

Its not. Its a side effect of the anti-depressants

With the caveat that I've only read reviews and haven't seen it... that does not sound like the right take-away.

Watched this last night and holy sht, the Chinese are like the borg.

The difference in pre shift routine/meetings was hilarious.

This was one of the best movies--not just one of the best documentaries--of the year. For among other reasons, yeah, Borg.

horse girl was ok nothing special had a few moments in the movie that made me feel very awkward. the chick acting did a great job just kinda an odd movie 5/10

the pandemic documentary was decent also. not very interested in medical themed docs but i thought it was a good watch. the hippie chicks sexy so thats a plus. 7/10 lol to sum it up basically over the course of a cpl episodes if we get a deadly mutated influenza virus and its not contained right away the worlds screwed within a year and millions will be dead
